-Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (Ie. Providing the wrong shipping address etc.)
-Your order does not arrive due to factors The Moonshade Co. is unable to control (Ie. Natural Disasters, Not cleared by customs, Stolen during delivery etc.)
-Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of The Moonshade Co.
You may request for refunds within 10 business days after the guaranteed period for delivery (15 business days)
